Specialized Working Groups
Syrian Expertise Database in Germany
The Syrian Community Germany (SGD) is building a comprehensive database of Syrian scientific and professional expertise, connecting those in Germany who wish to contribute to Syria's reconstruction and the development of Syrian institutions across various sectors.
The SGD maintains outstanding networks with German official bodies, ministries, funding institutions, and leading figures in Syrian affairs, and has established formal ties with Syrian administration and government institutions for joint work toward a prosperous Syria.
How to participate
- 1Anyone from Germany, Syria, or worldwide can join a specialized group by filling out its registration form.
- 2If you are interested in joining an additional group, each form includes a question to specify the second group — no separate form is needed.
- 3If none of the specialized groups match your expertise, you can join the General Group.
Registering your professional information in the database is separate from official SGD membership. Each form includes a question about your interest in formal membership.
